We believe celebrations should be joyful for children and stress-free for parents. Every detail is thoughtfully planned so you can spend less time coordinating and more time making memories together.

We offer fully hosted boutique celebrations designed to make every guest feel special while giving parents the rare, but very real opportunity to relax and enjoy the moment. Every experience is thoughtfully curated with decor, activities, refreshments, keepsakes, and cleanup included, so all you have to do is arrive and celebrate.
Bookings & Celebrations
What ages do you serve?
Our experiences are designed for girls ages 5-16, with age-appropriate packages created for every stage of girlhood.
What types of celebrations do you host?
We specialize in birthday parties, milestone celebrations, girls’ days, community events, and other private events designed to celebrate confidence, friendship, and special moments.
How many guests can attend?
Because it is a guided experience, our celebrations are available for parties of 6 children at a time. Only 1-2 parents are allowed to accompany each child. Parent(s) must stay onsite for the entirety of the party.
How far in advance should I book?
Preferably at least 14 days in advance. Booking 7 days prior to the event is considered a last-minute booking. Last minute bookings must be paid in full within 24 hours of confirmation email.
The Boutique Experience
Can your whole family attend?
To preserve the intimate atmosphere of our boutique celebrations, each child may be accompanied by up to two adults. Parents are invited to relax in our thoughtfully designed Parent’s Retreat (which sits up to 6 people at this time) while the girls enjoy their fully hosted experience.
Can siblings attend?
To preserve the calm, intimate atmosphere of our boutique celebrations, participation is reserved for invited guests only. You CAN include their sibling in the guest count (boys are welcome) Each child may be accompanied by up to two adults.
Our Parent’s Retreat is intentionally designed as a quiet space for accompanying adults to relax while enjoying the celebration. Because the lounge is intended to remain peaceful, we kindly ask that non-participating children remain at home whenever possible. Understandably, we know that families with infants may have unique needs.
If special accommodations are needed, please contact us prior to your event.
Do parents stay with the children?
At least 1 parent per child or 1 parent per 6 children must stay onsite during the entirety of the celebration. We have created a thoughtfully designed area just for you. We also have room for you to sit in the front of the spa. Our experiences are fully guided, allowing parents to relax while still being nearby.
Do I have to setup or cleanup?
Absolutely not.
From the moment you arrive, we take care of every detail. We handle the setup, hosting, help with self-serving, and cleanup so you can enjoy celebrating with your child.
Is the Parent’s Retreat available throughout the party?
Yes! Every celebration includes access to our exclusive Parent’s Retreat, where accompanying adults can relax with complimentary tea, coffee, sparkling water, or bottled water while enjoying the celebration from a comfortable distance.
Our celebrations are fully guided and hosted, allowing parents to step away from the responsibilities of entertaining and simply enjoy watching your child make memories.
Do parents participate in the spa or tea experience?
Our experiences are thoughtfully designed for the children to enjoy independently while being guided by our host. Parents are encouraged to relax in the Parent’s Retreat, where they’ll have the opportunity to watch, unwind, and enjoy complimentary refreshments during the celebration.
There will be a designated time for fun, pictures, food and dancing, so PLEASE feel free to join for this part!

What’s included in every experience?
Every celebration includes thoughtfully styled decor, guided activities, luxurious robes (spa), tea accessories (tea), refreshments, sweet treats, keepsakes, and complete setup and cleanup.
Specific inclusions may vary by experience.
Do I need to bring decorations?
No. We’ve designed every experience to be beautifully styled from start to finish.
Can I bring my own cake?
Absolutely! We welcome families to bring a birthday cake from the bakery of their choice. Since every Elysian Essence celebration already includes sweet treats, desserts, and refreshments, a birthday cake is the ONLY outside dessert we encourage. We’ll be happy to display it as part of your celebration and serve it during the experience.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
To provide a seamless boutique experience and maintain food safety standards, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Every celebration includes thoughtfully curated and catered refreshments, sweet treats, and food, so everything you need is already included. The only exception is a birthday cake.
Payments & Policies
How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement and required deposit are needed to secure your reservation.
Do you offer payment plans.
Yes.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Your reservations are specifically for your celebration. Because of the planning, staffing, and preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to transfer your reservation to a new available date with at least 14 days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of your event may be subject to a rescheduling fee and are based on availability.
In the event Elysian Essence must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive the option of a full refund or a new event date.
The Experience
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing is recommended for the spa and signature celebrations. Luxury robes and spa accessories are provided during the experience. We recommend dressing in your Sunday’s best for the tea experiences. Add-on accessories will be available during the celebration.
Are the skincare products safe for children?
Yes. We carefully select gentle, age-appropriate products designed for young skin.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes. Let us know about any allergies during booking as well as the appropriate section in the waiver so we can discuss available accommodations.
Photos
Can we take pictures?
Absolutely! We encourage families to capture special memories throughout the celebration. There is also a photobooth included with each experience where you can use provided props.
Do you offer professional photography or keepsake videos?
Yes. We offer optional keepsake experiences and photography add-ons from our local photographer.
